I had a wine tasting gathering with friends tonight, and since it was Pi day (March 14th, a.k.a. 3.14, a.k.a. Pi) we all brought Pie themed food. Mine was a dessert pizza pie, which consisted of a sugar cookie crust, a sauce made of cream cheese, amaretto, and brown sugar, and toppings of fresh fruit.

It was delicious! Along with everything else. And thanks to Amy for arranging the toppings – it was a great presentation!
