Was out for a walk with friends along the Bob Jones Bike Trail this morning, and something that drew my attention was how the sunlight was coming in at just the right angle here to highlight the edges of the vine growths.

Been shooting with the Fuji a lot lately, so it was nice to head out for a short walk with the Canon 6D and my nice wide angle lens today.

The New Year’s Eve party I was at had basically the coolest coasters ever. They’d light up when you put a drink on them. So awesome. Great for photographing, too ;-)

After drinking a cappuccino this morning, I was amused at the rings left behind in the mug. It reminded me of how you can tell the age of a tree by counting the rings, only in this case, you could tell the number of sips I had taken to finish drinking.
