Some nice flowers spotted on an evening photo walk. Not sure what this flower is, but it’s like a naturally occurring bouquet.

This is my PC. I call it Phantom, after the name of its case, which is by NZXT. Although Stormtrooper might be a nice name for it too…

Went out to the Arroyo Grande Strawberry Festival with the Benat Serat bellydance troupe today, where they unveiled a new dance involving these silk covered fans. The silk would trail out, catching on the air and breeze, creating a gorgeous stream of color.
While photo of the day is above, there’s really too much good stuff to not share, so plenty of bonus shots below:
The uni-cyclist juggler was also pretty fun to watch.
Witcher 3 [Day 2333]

While I’ve only been able to get in a bit of game time with the Witcher 3, I can already attest to the fact that this game is phenomenal. The graphics, the combat, the crafting, the world, the voice acting, the writing (especially the writing) — all amazing. It’s got some tremendous complexity to it, but it wasn’t that hard to get the basic hang of it, and once you do it’s truly remarkable. It’s like they took all the different systems and best aspects from games like Skyrim, Dragon Age, Dark Souls and GTA and blended them all together into one incredible whole.
It was also extra cool that the developers included a little thank you note for buying their game.
Plus, I was able to fight a pack of wolves while on horseback. 10 out of 10.

Haven’t played around with my wide angle lens in a while and really wanted to. What drew me to this subject was the brightness of the lemons, further enhanced by the bit of sunlight streaming from behind. Plus if you look close, there’s a neat spider web.
Apple Watch Sport Band [Day 2331]

I got my Apple Watch with the super stylish Milanese Loop band, but I wanted to have a second option, y’know, for fashion. I opted for the black sport band since I figured a sport band would be nice for running. It arrived today and it does not disappoint! The feel of it is fantastic — very smooth and supple; not like most rubber watch bands at all. I guess that’s why the use the much fancier term, “fluoroelastomer”.
